This was my first time shopping from Kiko Milano, and I deeply regret it. Along with my order, I added four nail polishes, thinking I was buying from a reputable brand. But honestly, I’ve never used worse nail polish in my life.

The formula feels old or extremely low quality—the polish doesn’t go on smoothly, it streaks badly, and no matter how careful I am, the finish looks uneven. I have to apply three full coats just to get the color to show properly, which is ridiculous. The brush is flimsy, and the final result looks cheap.

I’ve bought polishes for ₺40 that perform ten times better than this. I’m seriously frustrated that I wasted my money on something that went straight to the trash. Kiko Milano needs to stop selling subpar products under a premium label. This was a huge letdown.

There should be no response at all. Corporate attitude and after-sales service are very bad!
