Kia Authorized Service Refuses to Repair Sunroof Wind Noise

My Kia Ceed has always been serviced at an authorized center for repairs and maintenance by the brand. However, when wind noise started coming from my sunroof, they refused to repair it and claimed that they do not repair sunroofs. This method, which was utilized by the authorized Kia service, is one that I do not accept in the least. The fact that they are unable to offer any solutions to a problem involving their own car is deeply annoying. As a result of this experience, I have very little faith in Kia's service centers, and I will not be using their authorized services in the future for any kind of maintenance or repair work. My issue was not resolved by the authorized service provided by Kia, and it is unfortunate that the company's reputation has been damaged as a result of its inability to provide good service.
