Cracked Dashboard in My Kia Ceed 2012 Concept Plus
I discovered a crack in the dashboard of my 2012 Kia Ceed Concept Plus today, which has been very annoying. The most perplexing aspect is that the car has never been in an accident, and I even have an expert report confirming that this type of cracking is common in these models. This is a common problem with Kia Ceed vehicles in Turkey, as you can see for yourself. I contacted Kia Sakarya service, but they dismissed my inquiry due to the lack of warranty coverage. Contacting Kia's customer service didn't help either; they seemed unconcerned and informed me that the service couldn't help me without a warranty. It's disheartening to see them reject the vehicles they created. I'm determined to fight for my rights in court, especially after they casually demanded 49,500 TL. It's time to look into my legal options!

I have exactly the same crack in the same place, and same car. I suppose it is the weakest place of the dashboard because of the air bag. Totally disappointed. The car just lost 1000€ of it's value without my fault.
