Certain Items Are Missing From My KFC Order

I received an incomplete order from KFC. I contacted customer service, endured a 15-minute wait, but unfortunately, was unable to reach a representative. I've never encountered a company that shows such disregard for its customers. We are experiencing unfair treatment despite fulfilling our financial obligations. I didn't receive the 8-piece Crispy Shots and onion rings that were supposed to be included in my order number Kfco9230652376. I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution from you.
