If Keto Cycle keeps auto-renewing and charging you, it means the subscription is still active somewhere—you need to cancel it from the correct source and fully stop auto-renewal:
Verify your subscription status;
• Log into your Keto Cycle account
• Check:
– Active plan
– Next billing date
– Payment method
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
Find where you subscribed;
• Website → cancel in Keto Cycle account
• Apple → Settings → Subscriptions
• Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions
• PayPal → Automatic payments
Deleting the app does NOT cancel billing
Cancel auto-renewal properly;
• Go to “Subscription” / “Billing”
• Click “Cancel subscription” or “Turn off auto-renew”
• Confirm cancellation
Your access may continue until the current billing period ends
Get confirmation (critical);
• Check for confirmation email
• Take screenshots
No confirmation = still active.
