I have been using Kerastase Densifique Cure for 3 months with no results. I have paid around $350 for this order from parminunat.ro so I am very disappointed. The store is saying they can not do anything about this. Can you help, please? Thank you in advance.

The product smells very good when i use it and it gives volume to my hair for about 10 min but the results are not long-lasting. 10 minutes later i'm back to my flat and limp hair.

I demand a full refund or the original product instead, since i think the product ive been using might have been fake.
