Airbrush Subscription Issue: $16 Charged During 7-Day Free Trial
I started a 7-day free trial for a photo editing app called Airbrush two days ago because it clearly advertised a free trial option. Even though it was supposed to be a free trial, $16 was charged to my card, and I was not given any warning about this charge.
After the payment was taken, I submitted a refund request. However, in the email correspondence I had through Gmail, I was told that I would not receive a refund. Promoting the service as a “7-day free trial” to encourage users to start a subscription and then charging them immediately without issuing a refund has left me feeling misled and financially harmed.
I am requesting that the $16 charged to my card for a service advertised as a free trial be refunded.
