Hailuo AI Unauthorized Google Play Fee

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge related to a Hailuo AI subscription. On 23/08/2026, my OPay bank account was charged 15,500 Naira for an international purchase processed through Google Play, described as the Hailuo AI “Standard monthly plan of 1000 points.” I did not knowingly subscribe to this paid plan, nor did I authorize this payment at any point. I have used the Hailuo AI application before only in its non‑paid form and never agreed to a paid subscription. I was therefore surprised to see this charge on my OPay account. I have already tried to contact Hailuo AI about this issue but so far I have not received any response or solution. I kindly request that you investigate this unauthorized charge, cancel any active Hailuo AI subscription linked to this payment, ensure that my payment information is not used for any further unauthorized or automatic renewals, and refund the full amount of 15,500 Naira to my OPay account as soon as possible. I did not authorize this payment or knowingly agree to any paid Hailuo AI subscription, and I expect written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that the refund has been processed.
