Kcex Withdrawal Not Allowed Despite No Open Positions

On November 2, 2025, my Kcex account was restricted, and since that date, I have been unable to withdraw my 1825 USDT. When I attempt to make a withdrawal, the system does not allow it. My account has no open positions, no outstanding debt, and no missing documents. This is the first time I have experienced an issue like this.
I contacted Kcex customer service multiple times, but each time they simply told me to wait five days and did not provide any real solution. My customer number is 0538606**.
I request that my funds be returned to me as soon as possible.
