Kcex Exchange Blocked My $3,732 USDT Withdrawal

Kcex crypto exchange has blocked my $3,732. On September 12, I submitted a withdrawal request through the Kcex mobile app. However, the transaction was rejected with the warning: “control mechanism triggered, transfer prohibited.” Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account.

I experienced a similar issue before, and after sending the requested ID and photos, my account was reopened. This time, despite submitting the same documents, my account has remained blocked for 3 days with no progress. Customer service only replies with: “we are reviewing.”

At the moment, my account holds only 3,732 USDT, and I am completely locked out of accessing these funds. At today’s exchange rate, this amounts to ₺153,750. I demand that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my funds be returned to me.
