Kcex Forced Me to Close Futures Trades at a Loss Without Warning

I currently have an active investment in futures trading on the Kcex exchange, and unfortunately, it is already running at a significant loss. To make things worse, I recently received a message from Kcex stating that I must close all my open positions. If I fail to do so, the system will automatically close them within a week at the current market price—regardless of the loss I might incur.

This policy is not only unreasonable but also harmful to investors like me. Forcing users to exit trades under pressure when markets are already unfavorable only deepens our losses. It's as if they are intentionally accelerating liquidation instead of providing actual support to traders.

I believe this kind of forced action is unethical and unfair, especially without offering proper assistance, options, or detailed justification. Trading platforms should support users in difficult market conditions—not push them into worse positions.

I’m speaking up because I’ve already been harmed, and I don’t want others to go through the same experience. I strongly urge Kcex to reconsider this approach and provide a solution for users facing similar issues. Investors deserve transparent policies and support, not forced closures and automated losses.
