Kcex Denies My Advertised Bonus Despite Meeting All Requirements

I completed my new member registration on the Kcex exchange and fully met all the requirements to qualify for the bonus campaign offered to new members. Using my user ID 5634**83, the bonus was supposed to be credited to my account on May 25, 2026.
However, the system now shows that I'm not eligible to receive the bonus, and I haven't been given any reason or explanation for this. Despite the campaign being advertised and despite having met all the requirements, I haven't been told why my bonus eligibility was canceled.
Even though I submitted a support request through the app, I never received any response whatsoever. As a user who met all the campaign requirements, I want the advertised bonus to be credited to my account, and I want this situation resolved.
