KCEX 50 USDT Reward Denied After KYC Approval
When I tried to claim the 50 USDT reward I had earned through a campaign on the KCEX app, I received a message stating, “We cannot provide the reward because you did not pass the risk control review,” even though my KYC verification had already been approved. The screen also states that the reason for the risk assessment will not be disclosed and is confidential. This situation is not only lacking in transparency but is also extremely unreasonable and frustrating for users.
Even though I completed identity verification and fulfilled all the required conditions, I do not accept having the reward denied without being told what criteria were used to determine that I posed a risk. Collecting users’ personal information and approving their verification, only to dismiss the reward claim by citing a “confidential risk” when it is time to provide the reward, is a practice that seriously undermines trust.
How are we supposed to trust this platform and invest our money in it?
