I have an account with KCEX.com (Customer ID: 800066) and I am writing because I am unable to withdraw my own funds and I am being asked to pay a very large additional amount before my withdrawal can be processed. I am located in Sandy, Oregon, USA. I deposited a total of approximately $470,000 into my KCEX.com account before this issue, for the purpose of trading. As of now, my account on KCEX.com shows an available balance of $2,804,091.50. On May 14, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $1,100,020 (withdrawal order number HBTX1778743194991013). When I contacted KCEX.com to ask about the status of my withdrawal, I received a message from their support stating that, because this is my first large withdrawal, I must first transfer 5% of the requested withdrawal amount, specifically $55,001.25, to a separate “verification” wallet address they provided. They clearly wrote that this amount cannot be paid from my KCEX account balance, must be sent to an external address, and that only after they receive this “verification” payment will my withdrawal be automatically reviewed and completed. They also stated that if I do not complete this verification within a deadline, my account and withdrawals will be frozen, and additional late fees will be charged. I have already invested a very substantial amount of my own money into this platform, and I believe it is unreasonable and unsafe to demand an additional 5% payment to an external wallet before allowing me to withdraw my existing funds. Despite my communication with their support, they continue to insist on this extra payment as a condition for processing my withdrawal. My clear expectation is that KCEX.com immediately processes my withdrawal request of $1,100,020 and allows me full access to withdraw all of my available funds without any additional “verification” payment, late fees, or new conditions. I request that my account be unfrozen, that my withdrawal be completed promptly, and that my existing balance be made fully withdrawable without requiring me to send any further money to them.
