My Karcher FCV4 Battery Drains Too Fast And Accessories Were Missing
On May 2, 2026, I purchased a Karcher FCV4 cordless upright vacuum cleaner from the Teknosa Prime Mall store. During the sale, the store representative specifically stated that the product could clean a 240 m² home on a single charge. However, after I started using the product, I noticed that the battery dropped to 29% before I could even completely vacuum an approximately 30 m² living room. The product absolutely does not deliver the performance that was described during the sales process.
In addition, when I opened the box, I realized that the spare mop pad that was supposed to be included was missing. In other words, both in terms of performance and package contents, the product was far below what was promised to me and what I reasonably expected.
I contacted Teknosa customer service regarding this issue, but I could not reach an authorized representative and no solution was provided for my complaint.
Because the product does not function as it was advertised during the sale and because the package contents were incomplete, I want to return the product. I request that the return be accepted and that the full amount I paid be refunded to me.
