SafePal Wallet Lost 498 XRP in an Unauthorized Transfer

I came across a Facebook account called “Web3 Yardim Merkezi Türkiye” and contacted them for help with my SafePal wallet. We continued communicating through WhatsApp, and the person guided me through all the steps for setting up my cold wallet. Afterward, I transferred my XRP to my SafePal wallet.

Between June 29 and July 4, I discovered that 498 XRP from my wallet had been transferred to the other party’s account without my authorization. I did not approve this transfer in any way. Although I contacted the person through WhatsApp after noticing the unauthorized transaction, I received no response. I also noticed that the comments I posted on Facebook had been deleted. The fact that this incident occurred through my SafePal wallet has caused me serious concern about the security of my assets.

I request that SafePal investigate the unauthorized transfer and take the necessary steps to recover my 498 XRP. I also request a detailed security investigation of my account and wallet to determine how this unauthorized transfer occurred. In addition, I ask SafePal to take the necessary action to identify and block the account I contacted through Facebook and WhatsApp so that other users are not exposed to the same type of fraud.
