Seresto Collar No Longer Protects My Dogs From Flies

I have been using a Seresto collar for my dog for approximately three and a half years, and it was a product I trusted for a long time. However, for the past year, we have come to the conclusion that the collar is no longer providing any noticeable benefit. We also put a Seresto collar on our new dog, but after moving to a farm, we were able to clearly see that it provided virtually no protective or repellent effect against flies in particular.

We purchase the product from a veterinary clinic that we have been working with regularly and trust to sell genuine, original products. Despite this, the fact that the collar has failed to protect either our longtime dog or our new dog from flies, while also failing to deliver the performance we expect from such an expensive product, has been extremely disappointing. We have started to suspect that there may have been an issue with production over the past year or that the product is no longer as effective as it used to be.

I ask Seresto to investigate this situation, check the relevant batches and production runs if necessary, and provide me with an explanation and an appropriate solution regarding the inconvenience and disappointment we have experienced.
