Kärcher RCV 5 Robot Vacuum Left Dirt Everywhere and Service Center Is Unresponsive

I purchased the Karcher RCV 5 robot vacuum on October 12, 2024. I used it a few times and noticed it left dirt in many places. When I checked the areas it mopped, I could still feel dust when I wiped with my hand. I reported this issue to the store where I bought it, and they asked me to bring it in. After testing the product and comparing it with a Philips robot vacuum, the salesperson said, "Yes, it is not working properly." They confirmed that the vacuum was faulty but mentioned several procedures, saying it needed to go to service for a report and assured me they would assist with the process. They contacted the main office in Istanbul and initiated a service request. It took a week for the product to be shipped to the service center.
Once delivered, I found that the service center was completely unresponsive. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service and leaving multiple notes, there was no communication. Even customer service could not get a response to their emails. I asked, "If even your company cannot reach the service, how is this acceptable?" There was no response. The service process is a nightmare, and the product itself is deeply disappointing. I researched thoroughly before purchasing, but there were only a few reviews. For those considering buying, let this be a warning: they will make you suffer. My mother and brother bought Xiaomi robot vacuums, but I chose a German brand thinking it would be better. However, the Xiaomi robot vacuum performs like a rocket compared to the Karcher.
