• Gather all purchase receipts, order IDs, and bank/card statements showing the charges
• Note your player ID, username, platform (iOS/Android), and approximate purchase time
• Contact Kabam Support again and clearly state that paid items were not delivered
• Attach screenshots of receipts, charges, and your in-game inventory as proof
• Ask specifically for either a refund or in-game credit for the missing purchases
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report lost Kabam purchases and unresolved refund issues
