• Submit a support ticket: Contact Kabam Support with your username, player ID, transaction receipt, purchase date/amount, and a clear statement that you were charged but didn’t receive the items
• Include screenshots: Attach images of your bank/card statement showing the charge and your in-game inventory
• Specify platform: Indicate whether you purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another platform — they may require platform-specific steps
If the problem persists;
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report the missing items charge and request a refund or in-game credit.
