JVS 55-Inch Android TV Is Extremely Slow and Unresponsive

In December, I purchased a 55-inch JVS Android television manufactured by Vestel from A101. Since the very first day I purchased the television, the channel switching has been extremely slow, and the TV often fails to respond to commands from the remote control. Even when I press the buttons, nothing happens. I constantly experience delays and freezing when changing channels, navigating through the menus, or adjusting the volume.

I verbally discussed this issue with the authorized service, but I was told that this was simply the maximum level of performance that could be expected from this model and that its performance was considered normal. In other words, despite the obvious usability and performance problems, I was told that this behavior was normal and no solution was offered.

At this point, I no longer have a personal request for a resolution. However, I wanted to share my dissatisfaction with the product so that other customers considering purchasing the same television are aware of the issues I experienced and do not end up facing the same disappointment.
