If JusTalk made duplicate charges on your account,
• First verify both transactions carefully;
• Check:
– Exact charge amounts
– Transaction dates
– Apple or Google Play subscriptions
– PayPal or bank records
– Multiple JusTalk accounts/emails
– Duplicate billing can happen if subscriptions exist on more than one platform
• Check your JusTalk subscription settings;
• Verify:
– Active Premium plans
– Renewal dates
– Linked payment methods
– Duplicate accounts
– Deleting the app alone will NOT cancel subscriptions or stop billing
• Cancel any duplicate subscriptions immediately;
– iPhone → Settings > Subscriptions
– Android → Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions
• Contact JusTalk support;
• Write:
– “I was charged twice for JusTalk Premium and would like a refund for the duplicate transaction. Please investigate the billing issue.”
– Include:
• Both transaction dates
• Amounts charged
• Account email
• Last 4 digits of the card
• Google Play order ID or Apple receipt if available
– JusTalk says refund requests for duplicate charges can be reviewed through support
• If support does not respond;
Share your case on Xolvie so others are aware and the company is prompted to act.
