Zara Orders Delayed and Cargo Staff Made Threats
I am writing regarding the serious problems I experienced with deliveries from Zara’s online store in Türkiye via the shipping company Birgündekargo. My orders with numbers 54660034728 and 54255328091 were shipped on 1 May 2026 but were kept at the cargo branch for weeks and were not delivered to my address. Even more disturbing than the delay was the behavior of the cargo company employees. On 23 April 2026, I was insulted and threatened over the phone by Birgündekargo staff, who told me that my products would not be delivered again. As a woman living alone, this situation has seriously affected my sense of safety, and I no longer feel comfortable having this company deliver to my address. I kindly request that Zara take this issue seriously, review its cooperation with Birgündekargo, and ensure that this cargo firm no longer delivers my orders. I expect Zara to provide a safe delivery alternative and to take the necessary steps regarding the threatening and insulting behavior I was subjected to.
