Unable to Complete Verification on My Account
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an ongoing Aadhaar verification problem with my FamPay app account. I am using the FamPay app in Haryana and have been facing this issue since April. I have tried Aadhaar verification and resetting my FamPay account four times in total. Each time I try to complete the Aadhaar verification in the app, I only receive a notification and the verification does not complete successfully. Because of this, my account is not getting verified and I am unable to use the FamPay app properly. I have already contacted FamPay customer support, but the problem is still not resolved. As a regular user of the FamPay app, I request that my Aadhaar verification be completed successfully and my account be fully activated so that I can use all the services without any issues. I expect a quick resolution and a clear confirmation once my Aadhaar is verified and my FamPay account is active.
