I Paid ₺2218 for a MK Magic Hearing Aid on AliExpress, But My Order Is Missing
On July 19, 2025, I placed an order through AliExpress with the MK Magic store and paid ₺2218.57 for a hearing aid (Order Number: 1114561399365159). My bank confirms the payment was processed successfully, and the money was withdrawn from my account. However, my order does not appear under the “My Orders” section on the AliExpress platform.
This is extremely concerning. Since the order isn’t visible in my account, I have no way of tracking it, requesting support, or even initiating a dispute. I’m left completely in the dark about the status of the item I paid for. This raises serious doubts about the reliability of a globally recognized platform like AliExpress.
I demand that AliExpress urgently investigate this issue, locate my order, or issue a full refund immediately. I also request clarification on how something like this could happen on such a major platform. Please resolve this as soon as possible—I expect transparency, accountability, and action.
