I purchased the Joie Litetrax 4 Travel System New Coal model stroller from the Ebebek store in Kayseri Kumsmall Mall. During the sale, the consultants literally jumped on the stroller to show its durability and assured me that I would never experience issues with the warranty. Since it’s not a cheap or unbranded product, I paid a significant amount expecting high quality and reliable after-sales support.
However, after using it for only a short time, the right front wheel developed visible damage. As soon as I noticed the deformation, I went to the Ebebek Forum Kayseri store to file a complaint. Even though the stroller is still under warranty, the service team refused to cover it, claiming it was user error. Their dismissive attitude was incredibly frustrating — it’s as if they expect a stroller to hover instead of roll on the ground. The whole point of this product is for its wheels to make contact with the floor.
It’s been three weeks since this issue began, and I still haven’t received a proper solution. I paid ₺12,239.39 for this stroller, and the warranty is still active. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such poor service, and I am demanding a product replacement under warranty.
I also want to warn other parents considering Ebebek or Joie products: be cautious when choosing brands and pay close attention to after-sales service and warranty support. Despite all the promises made during the sale, I was left disappointed and without a solution. I expect Joie and Ebebek to honor their warranty commitment and replace my defective stroller immediately.
