I Face Rust Problem on My Joie Stroller Bought From Ebebek Online Store

I purchased a Joie stroller through the Ebebek online store, but the product arrived completely rusted. The stroller has visible rust all over its metal parts, which is unacceptable for a brand that promotes itself as high quality and baby-safe.
I reported the issue to the Ebebek Forum Ankara store, but it has now been 15 days, and no one has taken any action. The company has not followed up or contacted me, and there seems to be no accountability from either Ebebek or Joie. It’s extremely frustrating that such an expensive baby product could rust so quickly and that the brand provides no support.
Since the stroller is clearly defective, I am requesting a full refund immediately. I also urge Ebebek and Joie to take responsibility for their products and improve their after-sales service so other parents don’t experience the same problem.
