Jobseeker Charged Me R1,799.88 Without Consent After Subscription End



On May 4, 2026, an unauthorized payment was charged by Jobseeker.com through Apple Pay for a total of R1,799.88, even though I had already canceled my subscription. I previously had an account with Jobseeker.com and made sure to cancel the subscription, yet this charge was still processed.
After noticing the transaction, I contacted Jobseeker.com regarding the issue, but I have not received any response to date. The only reference I received related to this matter is yRqptp5s-2-1.
I request a full refund of R1,799.88, which was taken without my authorization, and confirmation that any active subscription linked to my account has been completely canceled to prevent any further charges.
