CVwizard Stole My Money

On 14 December 2025, I used the CV Wizard website to create a CV and accepted what I understood to be an offer for around 9 USD. However, without my clear consent to any subscription, CV Wizard charged my QNB credit card 19.99 USD. I received an SMS from the bank informing me of a successful transaction of 19.99 USD at “CVwizard WeAotz8A”, and only then did I realize that this higher amount had been withdrawn. I did not knowingly subscribe to any recurring or higher-priced plan, and this 19.99 USD charge was made without my explicit approval. I feel that my money was taken from my card without my permission and that I have been treated unfairly and misled compared to the 9 USD offer that was shown when I tried to obtain my CV. I request that the full amount of 19.99 USD be refunded to my QNB card and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card via CV Wizard be cancelled immediately so that no further amounts are withdrawn without my consent.
