JobHero's Resume Builder Came With Unexpected Charges
I signed up for your resume builder a while back, my initial intention was to try 14-day trial for a few bucks,before I could even enjot it I saw this unexpected charge from JobHero on my account. That "risk-free trial" thing suddenly felt way less free, fired off a request for a refund right away, radio silence from your end. No response, no refund, just me feeling frustrated and wondering what's going on. trusted you to be upfront and all, now I realize it’s not just the surprise charge, it's the lack of communication that really stings.I won’t be fighting, refund the surprise charge I’ll be done. maybe work on how you handle customer service issues?? Keeping customers happy (and not ripped off) is kinda important.
