I Face Blocked Purchase on Jeton Wallet Due to Unusual Activity Warning

When I tried to buy tokens through Jeton Wallet, I received a warning message saying:
“Unusual activity has been detected on your account. For security reasons, loading cannot be processed at the moment. Please contact us using the link below.”

This issue occurred because I was going to make the purchase using my credit card, but I did not have my phone with me at the time. As a result, my transaction was blocked, and I could not complete the purchase.

I am requesting that this security restriction be reviewed and removed urgently so I can continue to use my account normally. Blocking legitimate users in this way creates unnecessary inconvenience.
