Jeton Wallet Purchase And Communication Issues Preventing Coin Top-Ups
Right now, I am unable to purchase coins on Jeton Wallet for chat. Every time I try to top up, the system does not process it. I can’t tell if this is a technical failure or some other issue, but it prevents me from using the service.
On top of that, the Jetons that are already purchased seem to expire far too quickly, which adds even more frustration. Customers are paying for a service, yet the value is lost before they can fully use it.
I urgently request that Jeton Wallet resolve this problem and restore the ability to top up without issues. I also want clear information about the lifetime of purchased Jetons. Communication has been poor, and it is unacceptable to leave customers stuck without answers. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
