I am having ongoing issues with Jeton Wallet when trying to load coins (jetons). Despite trying many times and attempting to complete the purchase repeatedly, the transaction always fails. No matter what I do, the jetons are not credited to my account.
Because of this, I cannot use the app properly — I would like to chat with other users, but it is impossible without loading jetons. I also do not see any clear guidance on how to complete the loading process successfully, which adds to my frustration.
I have already tried several times, but the problem continues every single attempt. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to delete the application since it is unusable without working payments.
I request that Jeton Wallet:
Fix the jeton loading issue immediately,
Provide clear instructions on how users can load jetons without errors, and
Ensure all failed attempts are reviewed so users are not unfairly charged.
This problem makes the app frustrating and discourages me from using it further. I expect a quick and clear solution.
