I purchased a brand-new Jeep Renegade from the dealership, and now it’s leaking water through the metal parts. Despite being under warranty for another 16 months, the solution offered was sealing the issue with caulking material (çekomastik), which feels like a temporary fix rather than a proper repair.
It took 8 days just to identify where the water was entering, and now the car’s front console is almost completely dismantled. What initially looked like a dream vehicle has turned into a source of regret. This is unacceptable for a vehicle from such a reputable brand.
I demand Jeep resolve this issue with a proper repair or replacement. Customers deserve durable products, not quick fixes for major defects.
