Not Happy with the Customer Service and the JBL's Exchange Policy

 Even though I didn't do anything to cause the problem, the customer service team said they wouldn't replace the product but would give me a 50% discount on the same product. I asked for the product to be taken back and replaced because I didn't think it was fair to have to pay for something that didn't work right. Unfortunately, my product is now being sent back to me, which means that the problem has not been fixed. This is not acceptable to me, so please send me a new product to make things right. I'm not happy with the customer service I got or the fact that they didn't want to replace the broken product. If the customer did not cause a problem, it should be the company's job to fix the problem and make sure the customer is happy. I wasn't happy with the 50% discount, and I don't think it's fair that a customer has to pay for a product that doesn't work right. The problem hasn't been fixed, and I don't think the company has done enough to make things right. I want a new product sent to me to make sure I'm happy as a customer.
