JBL T500BT Over-Ear Headphones Not Charging or Powering On After Purchase

On February 13, 2025, I ordered JBL T500BT over-ear headphones from Amazon.com to my address in Bornova, İzmir. The product initially worked without problems, but after a while it stopped charging and no longer turns on.

Currently, I cannot find the product’s box or warranty certificate. To resolve the issue, I tested it with different cables and adapters, but the charging light only flashes briefly and then turns off, and the headphones do not function. This is the first time I have encountered this problem.

I have not yet contacted Amazon customer service. I purchased the product for ₺1,249 using my credit/debit card.

I request that my product be replaced.
