JBL 720BT Sound Issue When Paired with iPhone 14

I purchased the JBL 720BT headphones on 06/01/2025, but I’ve been experiencing low sound performance when paired with my iPhone 14. Interestingly, I used the same headphones with an Android phone previously, and the audio quality was excellent.

This issue is frustrating as I specifically chose these headphones for their sound quality. I hope this is a compatibility issue that can be resolved with technical support or a firmware update.

Please assist me in addressing this problem. I would appreciate guidance on improving the sound performance or fixing any potential software conflict. I trust JBL to provide a solution promptly.
