I purchased the JBL 720BT headphones on 06/01/2025, but I’ve been experiencing low sound performance when paired with my iPhone 14. Interestingly, I used the same headphones with an Android phone previously, and the audio quality was excellent.
This issue is frustrating as I specifically chose these headphones for their sound quality. I hope this is a compatibility issue that can be resolved with technical support or a firmware update.
