JBL 570 Won’t Connect to Two Devices – Audio Issues After One Year

I purchased the JBL 570 a year ago, and up until yesterday, it was working fine. However, while being connected to two devices simultaneously, the audio suddenly stopped working on both, even though the connection was still active.

I tried troubleshooting by forgetting the device on both connections and reconnecting. Now, it only connects to one device at a time, and when I try to connect to a second device, I get a message saying "Forget Device" instead of pairing successfully.

This defeats the purpose of having multi-device connectivity, which was one of the reasons I purchased it. JBL, I need a solution! Has anyone else experienced this? Please fix this issue or provide an alternative!
