Successful Payment But Deposit Not Received

On 30/05/2026 at 09:21 AM, I made a payment of 3000 via PhonePe to add balance in my Jalwa Game account. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe, but it has neither been credited in the game nor refunded back to my account. In the Jalwa Game deposit history, this transaction is shown as “recharge failed” and the date and time visible there is 31/05/2026 at 09:21 AM. I contacted Jalwa Game support regarding this issue, but I keep receiving the same response that the deposit was not received, without any proper resolution or refund. Since the payment has been deducted from my PhonePe and the recharge has failed in the game, I request that my 3000 amount be refunded in full to my PhonePe account as soon as possible.
