I made a UPI deposit of ₹2000 for Jalwa game using PhonePe on 05 March 2026 at around 9:12 am. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, but the deposit has not been credited to my Jalwa game account till now. Despite the payment being completed on my side, my Jalwa game balance is unchanged and I have not received the amount in the game. Because of this, I am unable to use the funds I have already paid for. I now request a full refund of ₹2000 back to my original payment method, as I have not received the service for which I paid. If necessary, I can share the payment proof from PhonePe to help you trace this transaction.
