The payment was successfully completed on PhonePe, and the UTR number is 146958548419, yet my Jalwa account balance has not increased.
After noticing that the funds were not added, I reported the issue through the Jalwa game support system, but my complaint was rejected without any resolution. This situation is frustrating because the payment was successfully processed on my end, and I have a valid transaction reference, but I am unable to use the funds in the game.
I request that my ₹200 be credited to my Jalwa game account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear explanation of why my previous report was rejected despite the successful payment on PhonePe.
