Jalwa Game Wingo PhonePe Deposit Not Credited To Account

I made a deposit of ₹2000 to Jalwa game Wingo on 05/05/2026 at around 4:47 pm using PhonePe. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my PhonePe account, but the money has still not been credited to my Jalwa game Wingo account. Even though the transaction shows as successful on PhonePe, my in‑game balance has not increased, and this deposit is missing. My Jalwa game Wingo UID is 4673***. I have already informed both sides about this issue, but I have not received any proper reply or resolution so far. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that either the ₹2000 be immediately credited to my Jalwa game Wingo account or the full amount of ₹2000 be refunded back to my PhonePe account.
