I made a deposit into the Jalwa game using UPI yesterday morning at around 9:44 a.m., but the amount has still not been credited to my game account. A total of ₹4,850 was deducted from my bank account, and the payment was sent via UPI to the ID 70186776**@ptyes with UPI reference number 300607436575.
Although the payment was successfully debited from my side, my Jalwa game balance has not been updated, leaving me unable to play. I have already submitted payment screenshots approximately five times, yet I continue to be told that the payment has not been received, and no resolution has been provided.
This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating, as I have clear proof of payment but no access to my funds within the game. I request that my ₹4,850 deposit with UPI reference number 300607436575 be either credited immediately to my Jalwa game account or refunded to my original payment method without any further delay. I also expect a proper investigation and a clear explanation for this issue.
