Paytm Jalwa Game Deposit Not Credited

I made a deposit of ₹5000 to the Jalwa game on 5 April at around 9:40 am using Paytm, but the amount has still not been credited and I have not received my money back. The payment was successfully debited from my Paytm account, yet it is not visible in my Jalwa game balance. After noticing this issue, I contacted support, but I did not receive any response from them. This lack of communication has left me worried and dissatisfied, as ₹5000 is a significant amount. I kindly request that my ₹5000 be returned to my Paytm account as soon as possible and that this issue be investigated and resolved promptly.
