Jalwa Deposit Failed But Money Debited From Paytm

I use the Jalwa game platform on my Android device, and on March 26, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹1,500 via UPI using Paytm. The amount was deducted from my Paytm account, but it has not been received or reflected in my Jalwa game account balance.

I attempted to contact support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and my ₹1,500 is still missing. This situation is causing financial loss and inconvenience, as I deposited the money specifically to use it on the Jalwa platform.

I request that the missing ₹1,500 be immediately refunded to my Paytm/UPI account. I also ask for a clear update on the status of this refund as soon as possible.
