Google Pay Successful But Jalwa Wallet Not Credited

On 8 April 2026 at around 11:50 AM, I made a payment of 12,000 via Google Pay by scanning the QR code for Jalwa game. The transaction was completed successfully and Google Pay shows the payment as successful with the reference/transaction ID 609831346769. However, despite the successful status, the amount has still not been credited to my Jalwa game wallet, and my wallet balance has not increased at all after this payment. Since the payment has gone through from my side but is not reflected in my game wallet, I am unable to use the balance I paid for. I kindly request that the amount of 12,000 be immediately credited to my Jalwa game wallet associated with this payment, or that you check and resolve whatever issue is preventing the credit from appearing. I am sharing all available details so this can be checked urgently and my wallet balance can be updated without any further delay.
