Unable to Use Jabra Elite 85T Earbuds Separately

I am experiencing an issue with my Jabra Elite 85T earbuds; I cannot use each earbud independently, which defeats the purpose of owning wireless earbuds for convenience. This pair was gifted to me by a friend, so I do not have the warranty documents. I’m seeking a solution for either repair or replacement, as I’m unable to use them fully as intended. Please advise on the steps we need to take to address this problem.
