Jabra 65t Elite Sound Problem, What a Low Quality!

My experience with the Jabra 65t Elite headphones has been less than satisfactory.  trying to get in touch with technical support, but the sound is going out of my right earphone, and it just started happening recently. Spending money on Jabra products feels like a waste. Customer service is nonexistent, and nobody is eager to lend a hand. To rub salt in the wound, they even suggested trashing my headphones when I finally got in touch. without a doubt that there are superior alternatives to their products.
