Iyzico Delays in Payment

I run a code menu sales business through my website and have obtained virtual POS services from Iyzico. After starting sales, I realized that Iyzico was holding my funds and had not yet made the payment. A payment due on May 15, 2024, has still not been processed. When asked for certain documents and information, I provided what was requested, but they demanded more. As a software vendor, I find it concerning that Iyzico, aware of this situation, is now not responding to my emails. In software sales, customers may be required to sign agreements. I have the following questions: 1) Who will account for the 20% government VAT on the issued invoices that I cannot pay due to you? 2) You knew I was a digital menu and QR code menu vendor. How can you request signed documents from my customers? 3) How can you request the restaurant name and tax certificate from a customer who has not yet set up their restaurant? 4) Have you reviewed Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and relevant regulations? 5) According to this law, my responsibility ends after the service is sold. The customer can use the package as they wish, whether they set up a restaurant or not. You contradict yourself at the point where you mention suspicious transactions. There is no such situation visible in the visual at Panel 5. Why?
I highly recommend working with this very high-quality brand. There was a misunderstanding in the process.
