İş Bankası Blocked Me from Buying Funds with the İlk İmza Account I Opened

Yesterday, we went with my parents and opened a İş Bankası İlk İmza account. I deposited money at ₺1900. When I got home, I was going to receive funds through İşCep. I can only get 2 funds from the İş Bankası portfolio, but the funds I wanted were not these funds. When I want to receive another fund, I get a warning that İlk İmza account holders cannot perform this transaction. However, this was the reason why I opened the account and it was written on İş Bankası's website about the İlk İmza that it could buy and sell investment funds. When I come to the remove transaction restrictions section from the settings section, it says that İlk İmza account owners cannot perform this operation. It's officially a cycle. It makes no sense if I can't use the account I opened for investment for investment. I ask İş Bankası for help in this regard.
